How to remove/reorder an old prescription

If you have a prior prescription you need to access and/or remove, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Medications page in your patient’s chart
2. Click “Add Medication” at the top of the screen
3. Scroll down to the correct prescription
4. Click “View Past Prescriptions”
5. Make any changes you’d like via the “Actions” dropdown
