How to create custom imaging order

If you need to create a custom imaging order, you can do so by creating a referral.

From the patient’s chart, click on the three-dot icon and select “Start Referral.” From there, you’ll be able to fill in any information necessary, as well as include documents and notes. Then, click “Start Fax.”

Next, you’ll select your intended recipient, click “Generate Cover Page,” and then click “Send Fax.”
