Searching for a note

To search for a note, make sure you’re in the correct patient’s chart. Once there, navigate to Patient —> Notes in the left-side navbar. You can search for keywords in the search bar that you’ll find at the top of the screen. 

In the example below, the term “covid” is being searched in the test patient’s notes.
