Uploading photos/documents to Akute

There are a couple ways to upload photos/documents. If you're in a patient's chart, go to Patient --> Documents and click "Upload Document" at the top.

You can also upload photos/documents without assigning them to a patient. Go to Inbox —> Documents, and click "Upload Document" at the top. You can then assign that document to a patient if you'd like.
